ImageCat’s Bill Graf spoke at the 2017 Strengthening our Cities SEAOSC Summit, themed “The Value of Resilient Buildings.” The Summit took place November 7-8, 2017 in Los Angeles. Bill was part of the discussion “PML Studies- What you can learn from a PML Study.” The discussion explained what PML studies do and don’t tell us about the resilience of a given structure and how they can be used to make decisions about potential retrofits, leases, and purchases.
