The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES) publishes ImageCat, Inc. HAZUS Data Standardization Guidelines Report: "Data Standardization Guidelines for Loss Estimation - Populating Inventory Databases for HAZUS®99" Long Beach, CA- June 2004. This report, prepared jointly by ImageCat Inc. and ABS Consulting for the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services provides HAZUS®99 users with data update prioritization ratings and procedures for enhancement of default building stock and lifeline inventory data. The guidelines presented in the report are aimed at facilitating a comprehensive and standardized approach to loss estimation for the State of California, but are applicable throughout the US.
