ImageCat attended the Reinsurance Association of America’s (RAA) Cat Risk Management 2020 Conference in Orlando, FL from February 24-27, 2020

ImageCat’s Vice President of Data Services, Shubharoop Ghosh, and Director of Earthquake Risk Services, Yajie Lee, attended the annual Reinsurance Association of America’s (RAA) Cat Risk Management 2020 Conference in Orlando, FL from February 24-27, 2020. This year’s RAA Catastrophe Risk Management conference examined “threats and risk management solutions through a forward-looking lens, presenting over-the-horizon ideas and solutions as we manage these increasingly complex risks.”

Mr. Lee presented in a session organized by Aon/ Impact Forecasting on recent advances in US earthquake and hurricane models. Other speakers included with Steve Drews and Farhad Sedaghati from Aon.

The conference was an opportunity for Mr. Ghosh and Mr. Lee to interact with the insurance and risk modelling communities and showcase capabilities of ImageCat’s Inhance, a suite of exposure analysis tools, and SeismiCat, a software for portfolio seismic risk analysis.
